Well, I certainly would like to take him on, but Malus has adopted the Clan Pestilence strategy of running all over the place with his armies in forced march, only taking undefended villages, with me unable to catch any of them. Try and take that and hopefully Kroq'gar deals with fake Madagascar.
I'm pretty sure the ai is like hard coded for him to take the island in between fake Africa and fake SA and then just go wherever the player is.
